Master Mix (Copycat Bisquick)

Sift dry ingredients together
- 5 pounds all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups instant non-fat dry milk
- 3/4 cup double acting baking powder
- 2 tablespoons cream of tartar
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 2/3 cups (2 pounds) solid vegetable shortening
Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix (Copycat Hidden Valley)

Mix all of these ingredients together and store in a container with an airtight lid, like a Mason jar
- 1 cup dry buttermilk powder*
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons dill weed
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons dry minced onion
- 2 teaspoons onion powder

Rinse, peel and chop vegetables
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 8 leaves of culantro (if you can't find add some extra cilantro)
- 1 head of garlic
- 2 large onion
- 1/2 lb. sweet chili peppers
- 2 large green bell peppers
- 1/2 cup olives with pimientos
- 1 sm jar roasted red peppers
- 1 tbsp. capers
- 2 tbsp. crushed oregano
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)

Combine BBQ sauce, orange marmalade, and teriyaki sauce in a saucepan and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade sauce
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- Oil, for frying
- White rice, cooked
- Green onions, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish

- 1 tray of oxtails
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 can chicken broth
- Water
- 2-3 star anise
- 3 inch piece of ginger (1 inch grated for topping, 2 inches smashed)
- 1/2 onion thinly sliced
- 1 cup) Bok choy chopped into thin strips
- Cilantro
- 1 bundle of Long rice soaked in hot water cut in half

Preheat the oven to 140°C/380°F
- 30 sizzler steaks
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
