4th of July Potato Salad

In large pot cover chopped potatoes with salted water and bring to a boil
- 5 5 5 lbs. red potatoes, chopped
- 3 3 3 c. mayonnaise
- 2 2 2 c. finely chopped pickles
- 5 5 5 boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 3 3 3 tbsp. mustard
- 1 1 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 1 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Braised Pork Tenderloin

Rub tenderloin lightly with garlic, and coat with flour, In a large pot heat oil and brown meat well on all sides
- 2 2 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1 1 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup flour
- 2 2 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 2 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 2 2 2 tablespoons chopped celery
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 2 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 1 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Put the black peppercorns in a mortar and use a pestle to crack the peppercorns coarsely
