Preheat oven to 350F. Dump cake mix into a large bowl

Pineapple Dream Dessert

- Crust:

- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- Layers:
- 2 2 2 cups of powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 4 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 8 container 8 oz container Cool Whip
- 20 20 can 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained well
Japanese Potato Salad

1. Gather all the ingredients
- 2 Russet potatoes
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 large egg
- 2 1/2 inch carrot
- 1/4 cup corns
- 2 inch English cucumber (The cucumber in this photo is about 3", but you just need about 2")
- 2 slices black forest ham
- 1/3 cup Japanese mayonnaise
- Kosher salt

Puerto Rican Hearty Beef Noodle Soup

Season meat well with adobo seasoning
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 pound beef shank
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 pound beef cubes
- Adobo Seasoning
- 2 2 2 cups beef stock
- 1 1 1 cups water
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 green pepper, cut in half
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 small onion, cut in half
- 1 1 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 stalk celery, cut in half
- 1 1 1 medium carrot, diced
- 1 1 1 medium taro, diced
- 1 1 1 small potato, diced
- 1 1 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 bay leaf
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 4 4 4 ounces fideo (fine egg noodles)

Beef Stroganoff

Slice the beef into thin strips, across the grain
- For the Sauce:
- 2 lbs / 1 Kg Sirloin or Fillet Steak (you can also use pork or chicken)
- 1 Medium Onion sliced NOT chopped
- 3 Cloves Garlic crushed / minced
- 1 Handful of mushrooms sliced.
- 3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- Salt & Pepper to season
- 1-2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon fresh or dried parsley for garnish
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups / 350 ml beef broth
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup / 120 ml heavy cream or milk if you are counting calories!
- 1/2 glass of your favourite white wine.
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- Salt and ground black pepper
