Back In The Day Bakery Homemade "Sno" Balls

Combine flour, 1/2 cup milk, vanilla and coconut extract in small saucepan and whisk until blended
- Whipped Coconut Buttercream Frosting:
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. whole milk
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. coconut extract
- 1 Lb. (4 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 24 prebaked chocolate cupcakes, store-bought or homemade
Pepper Jack Chicken #2

In 3 quart slow cooker combine chicken, peppers, soup, salsa and chili powder
- 6 boneless chicken breast
- 1 each small green sweet red and orange peppers cut into small strips
- Nacho cheese soup (recipe below)
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/8 tsp chili powder
- 4-1/2 hot cooked rice
Creamy Sausage & Bow Ties

Prepare pasta mix according to package directions
- 1 package (4.1 ounces) four cheese bow tie pasta mix
- 1/2 pound fully cooked smoked sausage, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Brown Sugar-Glazed Ham #2 *(GOOD)*

Place ham in an ungreased large roasting pan; pour water into pan and set aside
- 10 pounds fully-cooked bone-in ham
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/4 cups dark brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

- 3 Tbsp pasteurized egg whites or egg substitute

- 1 cup baked tortilla chips
Creamy Salsa Dip

1 In small bowl, mix all ingredients except tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 3/4 cup chipotle salsa or Thick 'n Chunky salsa
- 1/4 cup lightly packed chopped fresh cilantro
- 8 oz round tortilla chips or crackers
GOURMET CHEESE SPREAD

In 1/2-qt mixing bowl with electric mixer on medium speed, beat sour cream with grated cheese food till smooth
- 1 lb sour cream
- 1 (3 oz) container Kraft's Grated American Cheese Food
- 4 TB Heinz 57 Sauce
- 1 (8 oz) pkg shredded Cheddar
