"Shipwreck" Casserole

Butter a 2-quart casserole
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- salt and pepper
- paprika
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 cup boiling water
Strip Steaks with Mango-Peach Salsa

1 Mix bell pepper, chilies and gingerroot in medium bowl
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped seeded jalapeño chilies
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped or grated gingerroot or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 cup peach preserves
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 small mango, chopped (1 cup)
- 4 beef boneless New York strip steaks (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Caribbean jerk seasoning
Slow Cooker French Onion Soup

Place Reynolds™ Slow Cooker Liners inside 5-6 1/2 -qt slow cooker bowl
- Cheesy Broiled French Bread:

- 3 large onions, sliced (3 cups)
- 3 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cans (14 1/2 ounces each) ready-to-serve beef broth
- 8 slices French bread, 1 inch thick
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (3 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
Fresh Strawberry Almond Pie

Preheat oven to 350. In a small bowl combine the cookie crumbs, almonds, and melted butter
- 1 1/2 c pecan shortbread cookies, crushed ( I use Keebler pecan sandies)
- 1/3 c blanched slivered almonds
- 1/3 c melted unsalted butter
- 6 c strawberries, hulled
- 1 c sugar
- 3 T cornstarch
- 1/3 c water
- 1/2 almond extract (or vanilla will work too)
Tex-Mex Chicken Enchiladas

What To Do: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 (10-ounce) cans enchilada sauce
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 3 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese, divided
- 1 chipotle pepper in adobe sauce, finely chopped
- 8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
Double Fudge Pudding

- 1 1/4 cup cake flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 squares semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 6 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cup boiling water

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
- 2 t. olive oil
- 1 sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 8-oz. pkg. sliced mushrooms
- 1 t. salt, divided
- 2 t. balsamic vinegar
- 1-1/2 T. paprika
- 1/2 t. dried thyme
- 1/4 t. cayenne pepper

- 6 peaches, pitted and thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup coarsely crushed cinnamon graham crackers

Maui-Inspired Turkey Breast Roll

- GRAVY:
- 2 boneless turkey breast halves (2 to 2-1/2 pounds each)
