20 Minute Skillet Shrimp Primavera

Combine pasta, water, and salt in a large nonstick skillet and bring to a boil
- 12 oz Bowtie Pasta
- 4 3/4 cups water
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 12 oz raw peeled and deveined medium shrimp
- 8 oz Asparagus, ends trimmed and cut crosswise into 1 inch pieces

Brown pork chops in olive oil
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 6 regular pork chops or 4 pork steaks
- 1 large yellow onion sliced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 small can of mushroom pieces
- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 cans Cream of Celery Soup
- 1/2 cup of water
- 2 cups cooked rice

- 4 large potatoes
- 1 small onions
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg, beaten

Ponderosa Steakhouse Seafood Penne Pasta Salad

Cook and cool pasta. Mix sour cream and dressing and milk (let sit 2 hours)
- 1 lb imitation crab meat
- 1/2 c. Onions chopped
- 1/2 c. Green Peppers, chopped
- 1/2 c. Celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 lb. Penne Pasta (cooked)
- 1 lb Sour Cream
- 1 lb Ranch Dressing (one 16 oz bottle)
- 1/4 C. Milk
Red Beans and Rice

Cook Rice according to package directions
- 4 cups brown rice
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 4 stalks of celery, diced
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 2 (14oz) cans kidney beans
- 1 (14oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper

In a small bowl, mix together hoisin sauce, sherry, soy sauce, barbeque sauce, green onions, garlic, and ginger
