- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons salt

- 1 cup cornstarch

- 3 tablespoons creamed honey

- 1 (4 to 5-pound) chicken, cut into 8 to 10 pieces

- 2 large onions, sliced
