- 1 1/2 cups virgin olive oil
- 9 (4-ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cups Italian bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 6 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cups fresh chopped tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons fresh chopped basil leaves
- 1 1/2 cups Marsala wine
- 3/4 cups half-and-half
- 3/4 cups marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 pinch pepper

- 2 tablespoons good olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1 small orange bell pepper, 1/2-inch diced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Kernels cut from 5 ears yellow or white corn (4 cups)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

- 1 (6-ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and halved, reserve marinade

Tangy Pork Sandwiches with Spicy Slaw

- 3 pounds pork butt, rinsed and patted dry

- 1 cup barbeque sauce
- 1/2 cup yellow mustard
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
