- 6 green onions, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup sake
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 6 1/4 cups chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch slurry, (cornstarch and water mixed) for thickening the sauce
