Cheddar Beer Dip

Combine all ingredients and chill
- 2 bricks of cream cheese, softened
- 1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. beer
- 3/4- 1 pkg. ranch dip mix depending on taste
Cheddar and Scallion Grits

Bring 4 1/2 c. water and salt to a boil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. grits (not instant)
- 1 c. grated white cheddar (4ozs.)
- 2 scallions thinly sliced (white and green parts)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 T. unsalted butter
Seafood Parmesan

Peel shrimp, reserving shells; devein shrimp if desired
- 1 lb. unpeeled, large fresh shrimp
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 c. flour
- 3 c. half and half
- 1/3 c. dry white wine or chicken broth
- 1 8 oz. bottle clam juice
- 2 Tbsp. cocktail sauce
- 3/4 tsp. Old Bay
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 c. fresh lump crab meat
- 1 4 oz. jar diced pimiento
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 16 oz. bow tie pasta, cooked
Asian Pita Pockets

- 4 servings brown rice
- 1 lb. ground chicken breast
- soy sauce and ginger to taste
- Cilantro to taste
- Whole Wheat Pita pockets
- Guacamole
Double-Cheese Stuffed Burgers

Heat grill. From beef into 12 1/2" thick patties
- 2 lbs. ground beef (85%)
- 1 5.2oz. pkg. garlic and herb spreadable cheese
- 1 c. shredded sharp white cheddar
- 2 T. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 large sweet onion sliced 1/4" thick
- 2 T. olive oil
- 6 kaiser rolls, split
- Mayo
- 8 green lettuce leaves
Steak with Buffalo-Blue Cheese Sauce

Combine dressing, 1/4 c. wing sauce, cheese and celery in small bowl, set aside
- 4 rib-eye or sirloin steaks 1" thick
- 1/2 c. refrigerated blue cheese dressing
- 1/2 c. wing sauce, divided
- 1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 c. minced celery
- 1 T. canola oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Crab and Shell Salad

Combine all ingredients and season with old bay, salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. Mayo
- 1 box cooked elbow macaroni
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 pkg. imitation crab meat
- 1 cup frozen peas

- Salt

Chicken with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. thinly-sliced sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
- 4 c. extra wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 1/4 c. shredded Pecorino Romano or Parmesan cheese
- Thinly-sliced fresh basil leaves
Pluckett Cake

Preheat oven to 350' Take biscuits and cut each one into 4's
- Icing:
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 5 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 cans of 10 pack biscuits
- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 5-6 tsp. of water
Cheesy Chicken Hash

- 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
- 3 tablespoons steak sauce-style marinade (such as A.1.)
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bag (28 ounces) frozen Potatoes O'Brien (such as Ore Ida)
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
