Mac and Cheese

Set a large pot of salted water to boil
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted, plus more for ramekins
- 1/2 pound elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar (8 ounces)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 2 slices white sandwich bread, torn
Lasagna (Classic)

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 package sliced mushrooms
- 2 1/4 lbs. of ground meat
- 1 can (28.5 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (15.5 oz. crushed tomoates
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 5 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 16 lasagna noodles
- 1 15oz. container ricotta cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 3 c. shredded mozzerella
- 2 c. shredded Italian cheese blend
Cauliflower Gratin

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 slices white sandwich bread, torn into large pieces
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 head cauliflower (about 2 pounds), cored and cut into small florets
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 4 ounces Gruyere cheese, grated (1 cup)
Asian Noodle Slaw

Crumble noodles into the bottom of very large bowl
- Dressing:
- 4 packages of Beef Oodles of Noodles
- 4 8.5 oz packages of slaw mix
- 2 c. toasted almonds
- 2 c. toasted sunflower seeds
- Bunch of green onions, chopped
- Heat to a boil:
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2/3 c. vinegar
Chicken, Spinach, and Potato Hash

Use leftover chicken and cut into bite size pieces
- 2 chicken breasts
- Olive Oil
- coarse salt and pepper
- thyme
- 1 1/2 lbs. Yukon Gold potatoes salted and boiled
- 2 large shallots diced small
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 lb. spinach
Crock Pot Pizza

Cook noodles. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook meat and onion over medium heat until meat isn't pink
- 1 Package wide egg noodles
- 1.5 lbs. ground beef or turkey
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 28 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1.5 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 3.5 oz package sliced pepperoni, halved
- 3 c. shredded mozzerella cheese
- 3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Banana Split Cake

Mix together melted butter and graham cracker crumbs
- 2 c. crushed graham crackers
- 1 stick of melted butter
- 1 stick of softened butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 lg. container of cool whip
- 2 c. confectioner's sugar
- 6-8 bananas sliced lengthwise
- 1 15 oz. can crushed, drained & squeezed pineapple
- Shaved chocolate bar or chocolate syrup
White Chocolate Bread Pudding

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 1 loaf Brioche, Challah, or other sweet bread
- 4 ounces butter, melted
- 16 ounces white chocolate, chunked
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2/3 cups sugar
- 1 vanilla bean, split
- 8 large eggs
Slow-Cooker Texas Chili

Toss the beef with 1 tablespoon each brown sugar and salt in a large bowl
- 2 1/2 pounds beef chuck, cut into 2-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
- Kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 4.5-ounce cans chopped green chiles, drained
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 3/4 cup chili powder
- 1 14-ounce can diced tomatoes with chiles
- 1 to 2 tablespoons green hot sauce
- Sliced scallions, fresh cilantro and/or sour cream, for topping
- Tortilla chips, for serving (optional)
Oven Fried Chicken Strips
