White Wine Sangria

- 1 bottle Spanish white wine
- 1/4 cup super fine sugar
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups seedless green grapes, sliced in 1/2
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/2 bunch fresh mint leaves
- Pinch salt
- 1 (12-ounce) can seltzer water
- Ice cubes
Old Bay Deviled Eggs

To make egg salad: Reduce yolks to 3 and mix with remaining ingredients in Old Bay Deviled Eggs
- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 celery stalk, finely chopped (1/3 cup), plus 12 leaves for serving
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
- 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
- Ground pepper
Buffalo Chicken Lasagna

Directions In a Dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1-1/2 pounds ground chicken
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 celery rib, finely chopped
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 bottle (12 ounces) buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 carton (15 ounces) ricotta cheese
- 1-3/4 cups (7 ounces) crumbled blue cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup minced Italian flat leaf parsley
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 3 cups (12 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded white cheddar cheese
Rich Rice Pudding

Directions If using the currants, soak them in the rum in a small bowl
- 1/4 cup currants or raisins (optional)
- 2 tablespoons golden rum (optional)
- 3 cups half-and-half or whole milk
- 1/2 cup rice, preferably jasmine or basmati

- 1 pound Yukon gold potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk

- 4 celery stalks, chopped
- 4 carrots, peeled and sliced into 1-inch thick rounds
- 4 red potatoes, chopped into large dice

- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1 (1-pound) chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can less sodium beef broth
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce

- 1 package macaroni and cheese mix
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup Italian-style bread crumbs

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons water
- Crushed ice
- 2 cups freshly brewed espresso, chilled
- 6 tablespoons amaretto liqueur
- 1 cup whole milk or whipping cream, chilled
- Stir the sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes. Cool the sugar syrup completely.
- Fill 6 (8 to 12-ounce) glasses halfway with crushed ice. Pour the espresso over the ice, dividing equally. Pour 1 tablespoon of the sugar syrup and 1 tablespoon of amaretto into each glass. Stir to blend. Pour the milk into each and serve.
