1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 13x9 inch baking pan
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups mashed ripe bananas
- 1 teas vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teas baking powder
- 1/2 teas baking soda
- 1/4 teas salt
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tblsp whole buttermilk
- 1 (3.4oz) box banana cream instant pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 (12oz) container frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
- Garnish: grated chocolate
Autumn Harvest Cake

1. Preheat the oven to 350
- 1 medium butternut squash
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon table salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 crisp apple (braeburn, empire, or crispin) peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar

1. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into a bowl
- 4 cups sifted all purpose flour, plus more for surface and more if needed
- 1 teas baking powder
- 1/2 teas salt
- 8 oz unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teas pure vanilla extract
Three Cheese Souffle

1. Position a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat to 375
- 6 tblsp unsalted butter, plus more for greasing
- 1 1/4 cups finely grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tblsp cornmeal
- 3/4 teas minced garlic
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tblsp all purpose flour
- pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- kosher salt
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups finely grated comte or gruyere cheese
- 1 cup finely grated emmentaler or appenzeller cheese
- 4 large eggs, separated, plus 2 egg whites
- 3/4 teas fresh lemon juice
- Sliced baguette, for serving
- Pate and/or Apple butter, for serving (optional)
Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies with Bananas

Preheat oven to 350°F. Make banana puree by mashing the bananas with a fork until smooth
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp 2% milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp agave nectar
- 1 large egg
- 2 1/2 cups quick-cooking or rolled oats
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- Dash ground cinnamon

- 2 tablespoons dry milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
