- 1 pound asparagus (about 19 stalks), trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 6 to 8 paper-thin slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise

Preheat oven to 300. Spread almonds on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened, shredded coconut (if all you can find is sweetened, that's probably ok)
- 1 1/2 cups raw almonds
- 3-4 oz good quality dark chocolate
- pinch of sea salt
- 1/4 tsp coconut oil, in liquid form
