In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, cream cheese and sugar together until fluffy
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
- 2 teaspoons orange juice
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (14 ounce) package flaked coconut (need 3 cups or about 8 ounces)
- 1 (9 ounce) package Hershey’s kisses, your favorite, unwrapped

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup uncooked quinoa
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 dash fresh lemon juice (optional)
Very Easy, No-Knead Herb Breadsticks

Mix 2 cups flour, yeast, onion, dill and salt in large bowl
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 package yeast
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 2 tsp dill weed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/3 cups very warm water
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 eg white - slightly beaten
