Chocolate Chip with Pudding Cookies
By GratefulSea
From....Barefeet in the Kitchen
- 1/4 cups whole wheat flour, I used freshly ground hard white wheat *
- 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1-1/2 cups butter, softened
- 1-1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 (3.4 oz) packages instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs, room temp
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 cups (2 12-oz pkgs) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Feel free to substitute AP flour for the whole wheat flour amount if you would like. It works just as well as the whole wheat version.
