- 3 pound roast (chuck, sirloin tip, or rump)
- 1 package Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix
- 1 package McCormick au jus gravy mix
- 1 stick butter
- 4-5 jarred pepperoncini peppers, plus a little juice
- Mashed potatoes, roasted potatoes, or egg noodles for serving
Light Frozen Mocha Treat

Add all ingredients into pitcher (blender) and use long pulses until smooth
- 1/2 Cup Strong Coffee
- 3/4 Cup 2% or Fat Free Milk
- 2 Tbsp Lite Chocolate Syrup

- 3/4 cup small-diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons good white wine vinegar or champagne vinegar

- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves

- Boiling water
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 4 tsp. all-purpose flour
