Easy Cheesy Broccoli Casserole

- 1 10-3/4 ounce can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1 16-ounce bag frozen broccoli florets, thawed (ok to use fresh broccoli)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
Mug Cake - Strawberry Shortcake

Toss the strawberries with the zest and sugar, and let stand at room temperature while you prepare the cake

- 7 Japanese eggplant, ends trimmed, cut into 1-inch wide slices

- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium chicken broth
- 5 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 6 medium cloves garlic, pressed through garlic press or minced (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, minced (about 1 tablespoon)
