Cherry-Walnut Balls

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped maraschino cherries
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted*
- Red edible glitter (optional)
- Powdered sugar
Roger's Unstuffed Cabbage Casserole

Brown burger, pork, onion, celery until done & tender
- season as desired with:
- 1/2 lb. burger
- 1/4 lb. ground pork
- Onion
- Cabbage
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1/4 c. water or chicken broth
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 t. vinegar
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- Monterrey Jack Cheese
- garlic
- salt
- pepper
- 1/4 c. parsley
- thyme
- basil
- 1 T. onion soup mix
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
Cheeseburger Soup

Brown the ground beef in 3 quart saucepan
- 1/2 pound ground beef (use 1 pound)
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup shredded carrots
- 3/4 cup diced celery
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 4 tablespoons butter, divided
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups peeled and diced potatoes
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 cups of Velveeta processed cheese cubed (I used 16 ounce)
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Pork Chops Diablo

•Roughly chop onion. •Combine flour and 1 tbs chili powder in plastic food bag
- 2 - 4 pork chops, depending on size, 12oz (350gr) total
- 1 onion
- 2 tbs chili powder
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 8 oz (250ml) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup (4oz, 125ml) beef stock (broth)
- 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tbs cornstarch (maizena) dissolved in 2 tbs water
