- 1 c. purchased ranch salad dressing
- 1 (41/2-oz.) can Old El Paso® Chopped Green Chiles
- 1/2 c. Pillsbury BEST® All-Purpose Flour
- 1 (11/4-oz.) pkg. Old El Paso® Taco Seasoning Mix
- 2 tsp. oil
- 24 chicken drummettes (about 2 lb.)
- Dried parsley flakes
WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY BUNDT CAKE

FOR THE CAKE: Grease and flour a bundt pan (I sprayed mine really well then floured it and it came out great
- FOR THE CAKE:
- 1 16.5 ounce package white cake mix (I like Duncan Hines)
- 1 (3.3 ounce) package instant white chocolate pudding (or vanilla pudding if you can't find white chocolate)*
- 1 c. sour cream
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. white chocolate chips, chopped into smaller pieces
- 1 c. raspberry pastry or pie filling (I used the "Solo" brand pastry/cake filling, but raspberry PIE filling works great too)
- FOR THE FROSTING:
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Lasagna Soup

Heat one tablespoon olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 large yellow onion, diced (2 cups)
- 3 - 5 garlic cloves, to taste, minced
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 (14.5 oz) can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 (14.5 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 2 1/2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 3/4 tsp dried basil
- 3/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, crushed
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 8 lasagna noodles, broken into bite size pieces (6.5 oz)
- 1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (5 oz)
- 1/2 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese (2 oz)
- 8 oz ricotta cheese
Mexican Taco Dip

Simmer all together on low heat for 10 min
- 1 lb. hamburger, browned; drained
- 1 can tomatoes & green chilies (10 oz.)
- 1/3 c. medium picante salsa
- 8 oz. Cheez Whiz
- Bag of Doritos (Taco or Cool Ranch)
Cannoli Poke Cake

Bake cake according to directions on box for a 9 X 13 pan
- 1 box white cake mix, plus ingredients on box
- 1 14 oz. can of sweetened ondensed milk
- 1 1/2 c. ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 c. mascarpone cheese
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar for dusting

Cut the pound of bacon in half
- 1 pound Bacon
- 1 can Chunked Pineapple (large Chunks)
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- Set your oven to 375F.
Chicken Cordon Bleu Bake

- For the Cordon Bleu:
- 3 large chicken boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half length-wise (to form two thinner chicken breast cutlets)
- 12 slices deli ham
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/3 to 1/2 pound thinly sliced swiss cheese
- For the Parmesan-Dijon Cream Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules (or 1 bouillon cube, crushed)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
