Crock Pot Chicken Fajitas

Pour half of the canned tomatoes in bottom of crock pot
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 red, orange and green bell pepper, julienned
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- SERVE WITH
- Flour tortillas
- Sour Cream
- Salsa
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Fried Chicken

- 1 broiler/fryer chicken, cut into 8 pieces
- 2 cups low fat buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons Hungarian paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder

- Vegetable shortening, for frying

- 1 egg
- 2 Tbls. orange juice
- 1 Tbls. molasses
- 1 Tbls. honey
- 8 buttery round crackers, crushed
Glazed Donuts

In a large measuring jug, combine the milk and boiling water
- 3 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp boiling water
- 1 tsp dry active yeast
- 8 oz all purpose flour (a little under 2 cups)
- 1 1/2 oz sugar (about 3 tablespoons
- 1 egg
- 1 oz butter, cold to room temperature (just don't melt it, okay?)
- dash of salt
- Enough oil to cover the bottom few inches of a wok, or a deep fryer.

- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. light soy sauce

- 2 lbs. boneless chicken, cut in strips

- 2 teaspoons dry instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar or honey
- 100 ml warm milk
- 500 g all-purpose flour, plus extra for kneading and flouring
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 150 ml warm milk (extra)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice
- 100 g butter, melted and cooled
