1. Prepare linguine according to package directions
- 1/2 of 1` lb of linguine
- 1 cup fresh or frozen broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 1/4 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, but into 1 1/2" pieces
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz) Campbells' Condensed Cream of Mush Soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 `/4 tsp ground black pepper

- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 tsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 lbs chicken, boneless, skinless
Asparagus Spears wrapped in Prosciutto

- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tblsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Black pepper
- 1 (3 oz) package thinly sliced prosciutto
Chickenwith Sun-Dried Tomatoes

1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over medium high heat 2
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 3/4 cp water
- 1/4 cp thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves
- 4 cups hot cooked egg noodles
- 1/4 cp shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)

- 8 Roma tomatoes, seeded & chopped
- 2 cps basil
- 3 tblsp olive oil
- 1 tblsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 loaf french bread, thinly sliced
- Olive oil fr brushing
RUSSIAN TEA CAKES - COOKIES

- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup finely chopped nuts
Taco Dip

Mexican Taco Dip w/Cream Cheese
- 2 pkgs (blocks) cream cheese (softened)
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 1 large jar salsa
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 2 packages of shredded mexican cheeses
- Mix softened cream cheese and taco seasoning. Spread over bottom of round pie pan. Spread salsa over cream cheese layer. Sprinkle salsa layer with chopped tomatoes. Sprinkle shredded cheeses over all. Microwave until cheeses soft and bubbly.
Homemade Ice Cream

1. Stir together sweatened condensed milk, water, egg yolks, & vanilla 2
- 1 can 14 oz Eagle Brand Sweatened Condensed Milk
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 egg yolks beaten
- 4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped whipping cream
TACO DIP - 7 LAYER DIP

1. Mix beans and taco seasoning mix
- 1 can 16 oz Refried beans
- 1 tbsp Taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Mexican shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- 2 tbsp sliced pitted ripe olives (optional)
Mexican Dip

Mix cream cheese, taco seasoning, and black beans
- 2 pkgs 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 pkg taco seasoning to taste
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey, browned
- 1 large jar of salsa
- 1 large can of diced tomatoes
- 1 small can of black beans, chopped
- 2 large packages of shredded mex cheese
