- 4 tblsp (1/2 stick) margarine, softened
- 2 tblsp heat-stable sugar substitute equal to
- 3 tblsp sugar
- 1/4 cup egg substitute or 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate
- (thawed)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt (optional)
- 1 1/2 cup Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned,
- uncooked)
- 1/3 cup raisins, chopped
OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES (with real sugar)

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 3 cup quick-cooking oats

- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces
SHRIMP & FENNEL SPAGHETTI

- 2 Med fennel bulbs
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 can (28 oz) no-salt-added diced tomatoes
- 1 lb peeled deveined med (26-30ct) shrimp

- 2 cups chilled orange juice
- 2 cups chilled cranberry juice cocktail
- 1 botle (1 liter) dry champagne

- 4 cups hot cooked egg noodles

- 3 Tbsp gin

- Crushed ice
- 6 Tbsp cola soft drink
- Lemon slices
