- 2 1/2 cups sifted all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces

1. Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat 2
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 package (10 oz) Kraft Marshmallows
- 5 cups Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal
Seafood Lasagne

FIRST, MAKE THE BECHAMEL SAUCE: In a medium saucepan-- 1
- 8 oz canned mushrooms
- 1 Tblsp butter or margarine
- 1 16 oz can of spinach
- 1/2 of an 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz medium shrimp, peeled and de-veined, OR 8 oz frozen peeled de-veined shrimp
- 8 oz fresh or frozen bay scallops
- 1 lb canned crabmeat
- 2 Tblsp olive oil
- 1 Tblsp dried basil
- 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cp grated Parmesean cheese
- 1 - 2 Tblsp dry sherry
- 7 oz lasagna noodles, cooked & drained
- 4 cps shredded mozzarella cheese
- Bechamel Sauce

- 1 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 1/2 oz Roses Lime
- 1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
Melanie's Meat Loaf

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees 1
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion (or onion powder to taste)
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef VERY lean
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tblsp worcestershire sauce
Tomato Mozzarella Toasts

Serve w/soup for light lunch or for appetizers
- 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup loosely packed baby spinach (or canned)
- 8 fresh basil leaves
- 2 tblsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 slices (1" thick) crusty rustic style sourdough bread
- (or french bread)
- 2 tblsp prepared basil pesto
- 4 ozs fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced
- 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
- Fresh ground paper to taste

1. Heat a large cast iron skillet or heavy aluminum skillet over high heat for 10 minutes
- 2 tblsp Paprika
- 2 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Lemon pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 6 farm raised catfish fillets
- 2 lemon wedges
- 1 tsp Dried basil, crushed
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Dried thyme
- 1 tsp Ground red pepper
- 1 cup Unsalted butter or margarine, melted

- 4 boneless skinned chicken breasts
- 1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup
- 1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can (small) mushrooms
