Hash Brown Casserole

Family favorite for picnics and casual dinners
- 1 (32 oz) frozen hash browns
- 1 (10 3/4 ox) cream chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz) sour cream
- 3/4 stick butter, melted
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
Broccoli & Rice Casserole

A great recipe for anyone who likes brocolli but needs a little "cheese" to make it just right
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1- 10 3/4 oz can mushroom soup
- 1- 8 oz- processed cheese spread
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 2- 10 oz- frozen broccoli spears
- salt & pepper to taste
Baked Beans

Served at picnics and BBQ's in our home for years
- 3 slices bacon
- 2- 16 oz pork n beans
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup catsup
- 1 medium onion ( 1/2 cup chopped)
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon mustard
Moist & Tender Wings

Cut chiekn wings into 3 sections
- 25 whole chicken wings (5 lbs)
- 1 (12 oz) bottle chili sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 2 TBSP worcestershire sauce
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 TBSP chili powder
- 1 TBSP salsa
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce
Cheesy Chicken Tetrazzini

Cook spaghetti in chicken broth
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast cooked
- 1- 7 oz- spaghetti
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 medium green pepper (chopped)
- 2 1/2 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 10 3/4 oz cream celery soup
- 1 (2oz) diced pimento
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup white cooking wine
- 1 (4 oz) can clised mushrooms (drained)
- 1/2 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese
- 3 cups shreeded american cheese, divided
- salt & pepper
Southern English Pea Salad

This is my mothers (millie hendricks) family receipe so the amounts are estimated!
- 1 can of English peas- drained
- 1 boiled egg- finely diced
- 1/3 cup of finely diced onions
- 1/3 cup of finely diced tomatos
- 1/3 cup of mayo or enough to make consistency correct
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Chicken n rice

In a sauce pan, cook rice in water according to package directions
- 1 cup instant rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 can (15 oz mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 can (5 oz) white chicken, drained
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- pinch pepper
Blueberry Banana Pie

I learned this recipe from my sister in law, Andrea Hendricks, and have passed on to many others
- 2 bananas
- graham cracker crust
- 1 tub of Cool Whip
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 8 oz cream chees
- 1 can of blueberry pie filling
Coconut Cream Pie

Bake pie crust and set aside
- Pie crust, baked
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour or 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 3 TBSP butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 3.5 oz can flaked coconut (1 1/3 cups)
Peanut Patties

Combine sugar, pudding mix and evaporated milk in a pan over medium high heat
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 (3 oz) package vanilla pudding mix
- 3/4 cup evaporate milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups Spanish raw peanuts
