    boneless, skinless chicken breast cooked

  • 1- 7

    oz- spaghetti

  • ¼

    cup butter

  • 1

    medium green pepper (chopped)

  • tablespoon flour

  • 1

    cup milk

  • 1

    10¾ oz cream celery soup

  • 1

    (2oz) diced pimento

  • teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼

    cup white cooking wine

  • 1

    (4 oz) can clised mushrooms (drained)

  • ½

    cup finely shredded parmesan cheese

  • 3

    cups shreeded american cheese, divided

  • salt & pepper


Cook spaghetti in chicken broth. In a saucepan, saute green pepper in margarine until tender- add flour and stir well. Reduce heat & stire in next 7 ingredients plus 2 cups of American cheese. Cook slowly until cheese is melted and suace is mooth. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces- add to sauce and stir. Remove from heat. Drain spaghetti & combine wiht sauce mixture. Season. Stir well. Spray a 13x9 inch glass dish with non stick cooking spray. Pour in casserole. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes.
