Combine first four ingredients in a large bowl
- 1 8 oz container Cool Whip (I use lite)
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk (I use fat-free)
- 1 21 oz can cherry pie filling
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened or sweetened is fine)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400* COMBINE 3 T BUTTER WITH MILK, PASTA, CHICKEN, VEGGIES AND CHEDDER CHEESE IN A 8INCH BAKING PAN
- 4 T MELTED BUTTER, DIVIDED
- 1 C MILK
- 8 OZ ROTINI PASTA, COOKED AND DRAINED
- 2 C COOKED CHICKEN
- 4 C FROZEN MIXED VEGETABLES, THAWED
- 2 1/4 C SHREDDED CHEDDER CHEESE
- 1/4 C DRY BREAD CRUMBS
- 1 T PARMESAN CHEESE

Soup Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 cups chopped red potato (about 1 pound)
- 1 1/4 cups 1% low-fat milk
- 3/4 cup fat-free, lower-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
