Beef Burgundy

Heat oven to 350°F. In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat

Chocolate Cherry Truffles

In a small bowl, combine cherries and brandy; cover and let soak for 1 hour or until cherries are softened
- COATING:
- 1 cup finely chopped dried cherries
- 1/4 cup cherry brandy
- 11 ounces 53% cacao dark baking chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon cherry extract
- 4 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
- 4 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- Melted dark, milk and white chocolate and pearl dust

- 1 PACKAGE VANILLA INSTANT PUDDING MIX
- 1/2 C WATER
- 2 EGGS
- 1/2 C EGG SUBSTITUTE
- 1/2 C MILK
- 1/4 C APPLESAUCE
- 1 8OZ CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE, UNDRAINED
- 1/4 C BROWN SUGAR
- FROSTING
- 1 1/2 C MILK
- 1 PACKAGE INSTANT VANILLA PUDDING MIX
- 1 8OZ CARTON COOL WHIP, THAWED

- 4 T COCONUT OIL
- 2 T MINCED GARLIC
- 1 t OREGANO
- 1 t BASIL
- 1 t THYME
- 1 t CAYENNE PEPPER
- 1/2 t SALT
- 1/2 t PEPPER
- 1/2 C BEER
- 2 # SHRIMP, SHELLED AND DEVEINED

- 1 7OZ BAG CHOCOLATE AND MINT FILLED SANDWICH COOKIES
- 1/2 C SLIVERED ALMONDS
- 2 T UNSALTED BUTTER, SOFTENED
- FILLING:
- 8 OZ. MASCARPONE CHEESE, SOFTENED
- 1 ENVELOPE UNFLAVORED GELATIN
- 1/2 C CREME DE MENTHE SYRUP
- 2 T. POWDERED SUGAR
- 1 1/4 C PLUS 1/3 C HEAVY CREAM

Easy Double Chocolate Chip Brownies

Directions PREHEAT oven to 350° F
- 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, divided
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, cut into pieces
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Chocolate No Bake Cookies

YOU CAN USE CHUNKY PEANUT BUTTER AND OMIT THE NUTS
- COMBINE IN PAN 2 C SUGAR, 1 STICK OLEO. 4T COCOA AND 1/2 C MILK. BOIL 1 FULL MINUTE. REMOVE FROM HEAT, STIR IN 3 C OATMEAL. 1/2 C PEANUT BUTTER, 1/3 C CHOPPED NUTS AND 1 t VANILLA. DROP BY SPOONFULLS ON GREASED COOKIE SHEET. REFRIGERATE UNTIL FIRM.
