Preheat your oven to 190C degrees, and place a rack in the middle

  • Tart Crust
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon fine grain sea salt

  • 200 gms button mushrooms, finely chopped

  • Handful of fresh oregano, or 1 tsp of dried
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • Juice of 1/2 a lime
  • Salt & pepper to taste
