- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp vegetable oil

How to make the Last-Minute Mulled Wine Cocktail Add all the ingredients to a small saucepan
- 1 half-bottle fruity red wine (such as Beaujolais or syrah)
- 2 oz Bourbon or brandy
- 2 to 3 Cinnamon sticks
- 2 to 3 Star anise pods
- 1 long strip Lemon or orange peel
- 1 tsp. Sugar

These avocado quesadillas are some of the best quesadillas I have ever had
- 1 (6oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
- 3 firm-ripe avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped (or 2 baby bell peppers)
- 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Kosher salt to taste
- Black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
