Honey Mustard Chicken, Avocado + Bacon Salad, with a crazy good 5 ingredient Honey Mustard dressing withOUT mayonna
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons smooth and mild Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Salt to season
- 4 skinless and boneless chicken thighs or chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup diced bacon, trimmed of rind and fat
- 4 cups Romaine lettuce leaves, washed
- 1 cup sliced grape or cherry tomatoes
- 1 large avocado, pitted and sliced
- 1/4 cup corn kernels
- 1/4 of a red onion, sliced

Make hot water, pour hot water over tea bags, add honey, add bourbon, let steep
- 6 chamomile tea bags
- 32 fluid ounces (4 cups) hot water
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 3 fluid ounces whiskey or bourbon
- 2 orange slices
- 3 lemon slices
- Fresh chamomile flowers (optional)

Roasted Vegetables

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- 2 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cups cremini mushrooms
- 2 cups chopped butternut squash
- 1 zucchini, sliced and quartered
- 1 yellow squash, sliced and quartered
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, or more, to taste
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

- 1 56 oz can Pineapple juice
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 liter Everclear Grain Alcohol or Vodka

- 2 oz vanilla vodka
- 2 oz white chocolate liqueur
- 1 oz white crème de cacao
- 1 oz half and half

Directions Chop all the vegetables, as specified in the ingredient list
- 2 sweet potatoes, cubed
- 3 new potatoes, cubed
- 1 red onion, quartered and pieces separated
- 2 zucchini, sliced 1-inch thick
- 2 summer squash, sliced 1-inch thick
- 1 (8 ounce) bag baby carrots
- 8 ounces button mushrooms, ends of stems cut off
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped (1 tsp. dried)
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped (2 tsp. dried)
- 1 teaspoon dried basil (optional)
- 3 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 ⁄4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- salt (a shake or two)
