Brazilian Lemonade

Directions: Mix water and sugar together until sugar is dissolved
- 6 cups cold water
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 limes
- 6 tbls sweetened condensed milk
Breakfast Casserole

Directions Cube the bread and place it in a lightly greased 8-by-11-by-2 inch casserole
- 4 slices white bread
- Butter, for greasing
- 1 pound mixed mild and medium sausage, such as Salt Lick sausage
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Dash hot sauce
- 6 beaten eggs
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced, optional
- 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced, cooked unpeeled red potatoes
- 1 cup grated Cheddar
- 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
Real old Fashioned Bourbon Egg Nog

Cooking Directions In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the egg yolks until they lighten in color
- 4 Large Eggs (Yolks only)
- 2 Cups Whole Milk
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 2 Jiggers (2 Shots, 3 ounces) Kentucky Bourbon
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- 1 TBS Freshly Grated Nutmeg
- 4 Large Egg Whites
- 1 TBS Sugar
- Pinch Freshly Grated Nutmeg for garnish
Chicken Parmesan Casserole

Chicken Parmesan Casserole served with pasta is quick, HEALTHY and EASY WEEKNIGHT DINNER for whole family
- 1.5 lb. cooked chicken- diced (if you don’t have cooked chicken simply grill almost 2 lb. thawed boneless chicken breast in the pan, season with salt and pepper to taste)
- 1 jar (28 ounces) of marinara sauce
- 1 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 -2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs (if use finer bread crumbs, not flacked kind like Panco, I suggest you to use just 3/4 cup or the top will be too sandy)
- Italian seasoned salt-to taste
- 1 1/2 -2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley for serving

Slow Cooker Cranberry Mustard Spiral Ham

Place ham cut side down in slow cooker
- Can of pineapple (juice and fruit separated)
- Half of a can of jelled cranberry sauce (save the other half for the cranberry mustard)
- 2 Tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 8 pound or so spiral sliced ham
- Reserved half can of cranberry sauce from making ham
- 1-2 T dijon mustard
- 1-2 T brown sugar
