An awesome recipe for brunch or dessert
- 1 (18.4-ounce) package chocolate fudge brownie mix
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup unsalted or salted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 tablespoon lemon peel, finely grated
- 6 large firm ripe bananas, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1/2 cup caramel flavored topping
- 3/4 cup whipped topping, frozen (thawed)
- 2 tablespoons confectioners powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
BUBBLE UP TACO CASSEROLE

- 1 cans Pillsbury Corn Biscuits
- 1/2 can Enchilada Sauce
- 1 cup Mexican Cheese Blend
