- 3 Cups Cubed Bread – Stale *preferably an Italian or French Crusty bread
- Melted Butter 2 Tablespoon (28g)
- Heavy Cream 1 cup (240g)
- Whole Milk 1 Cup (240g)
- Large Eggs 5 (250g)
- Granulated Sugar 1/2 cup (100g)
- Brandy (optional) 2 Tablespoons
- Vanilla Extract 1 Tablespoons
Orange Beef Stir-Fry

Whisk broth, soy sauce, Splenda and orange extract together in a small bowl; set aside
- 1 1/4 cup(s) fat free chicken broth, reduced-sodium
- 3 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce

- 1 egg

- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 package (7-1/2 ounces) almond brickle chips

- 5 pounds fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup honey

Zippy’s Fried Chicken

Rinse and cut chicken for easy frying
- 1 3-4lb fresh whole fryer chicken
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 2 tsp white pepper
- 1 Tbsp MSG
- 2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
- 2 large pinches of coarse Hawaiian rock or kosher salt
- canola oil (enough for deep frying)
