Cinnamon Pinwheels

Mix the sugar and cinnamon together; dust work surface with half of it
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp cinnamon (to taste)
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (about 8 1/2 oz), thawed but still cold
Chicken, Apricot-Balsamic Glazed

Preheat grill to medium-high
- 1/2 c apple juice or cider
- 1/4 c apricot preserves
- 1/4 c balsamic vinegar
- EVOO, for drizzling
- 4 chicken breast halves
- Salt and pepper
Fried Pickles

Heat the canola oil in a frying pan
- 1 jar sliced pickles (I used the long dill ones)
- Aunt Jemima Pancake mix
- Ranch dressing or honey mustard dressing
- Canola Oil
Peach Cheese Cake

Mix together crust ingredients and put into greased 10" pie pan
- CRUST :
- 3/4 c flour
- 1 t baking powder;
- 1 vanilla pudding
- 1/2 c milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 t salt
- 3 T butter.
- 15 oz. can sliced peaches
- FILLING:
- 2 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 T juice from peaches
- 1 c sugar.
- TOPPING:
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 t cinnamon
Lobster, Grilled

Cut thawed lobster tails in half length-wise
- 2 8 oz. lobster tails
- 4 T butter
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 lemon
- salt and pepper
Christmas Eggnog Pound Cake

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 1 C butter
- 1 C Crisco shortening
- 3 C flour
- 1 C eggnog
- 1 C flaked coconut
- 3 C sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 t lemon extract
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 t coconut extract
Mini Muffin Cinnamon Rolls

On lightly floured surface, pop crescent rolls and gently unrol them
- 2 tubes crescent rolls
- 4 T brown sugar
- 1 T cinnamon
- 1 c pecans, chopped
- 1/2 c maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 T water
- 1/4 c powdered sugar
- PAM
- 2 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
Sticky Buns, Apple Walnut

Surprise your spouse with this simple, yet awe-inducing twist on cinnamon rolls
- 2 T butter, softened
- 1 medium Granny Smith apple, peeled, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 3/4 c chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar
- 1 can (12.4 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
Apricot Glazed Chicken

Mix the first 3 ingredients together
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1/3 cup bottled Russian dressing
- 1/2 envelope onion soup mix
- 6 frozen chicken breasts (do not thaw)
Chicken, Creamy Bites

Mix together all ingredients and place one heaping spoonful inside pastry shell
- 2 c cooked, finely chopped chicken
- 1 c mayo or miracle whip
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c finely chopped onions
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 pkgs small pre-baked pastry shells
