Ingredients

  • Stuffing:
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/3 c sour cream
  • 2 T green pepper
  • 1 t worcestershire
  • 3 T butter
  • 1/3 c sharp cheese
  • 2 T onion
  • 1/2 lb crabmeat
  • 1 box jumbo shells
  • Sauce:
  • 4 T butter
  • 1/3 c flour
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 2 c milk
  • 1/2 lb crabmeat
  • salt & peper
  • crab seasoning
  • paprika parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Cook shells according to package directions. Mix first 8 ingredients and stuff shells. Place shells in buttered baking pan. Melt 4 T butter, blend in flour, stir in broth. Add 2 c milk, stir until thick. Add remaining crab, milk & seasonings. Simmer. Pour over shells. Top with cheese, paprika. Bake at 325 for 30 mins. Garnish with parsley.
