Crunchy Ham/Cheese Balls

Beat cream cheese and mayo until smooth
- 1 8- oz block of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 large slice ham (from the meat section), cooked and ground in a food processor
- 2 T parsley
- 1 tsp minced onion
- 1/4 tsp dried mustard
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachio nuts
