Strawberry Margarita Pie Frozen

Puree strawberries, zest, lime juice, condensed milk, tequila & liqueor in blender until smooth
- Graham cracker crust
- 1 lb strawberries, halved
- 1 T finely grated lime zest (3 limes)
- 1/4 c fresh lime juice
- 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 T tequila
- 2 T triple sec or Cointreau
- 1 1/2 c chilled heavy cream
Impossibly Easy Quesadilla Pie

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9" pie plate
- 1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso chopped green chiles, well drained
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
- 1 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 3/4 cup Original Bisquick mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 eggs
Apple-Pecan Sticky Buns

Preheat oven to 400 deg. Grease 9" square pan
- 2 tart apples; peeled, cored, sliced
- 1 1/4 c + 1 T light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, softened
- 2 c flour
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 T baking powder
- 3/4 t salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c heavy cream
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1/2 t ground cinnamon
- 2 T honey
Broccoli and Cashew Crunch

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup salted cashews, lightly chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Gread and flour 9" pan. Combine crumb mix ingredients; press into pan
- Crumbs:
- 1 1/4 c flour
- 1/3 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c butter
- Filling:
- 3/4 c flour
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/8 t salt
- 1 t almond extract
- 3/4 c strawberry preserves
- Glaze:
- 3/4 c conf. sugar
- 1 T milk
- 1 t almond extract
Bumble Berry Napoleons

Preheat oven to 400 deg. Arrange the puff pastry on a baking sheet and bake until golden, about 15 minutes
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed and cut into 6 equal rectangles
- 1 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups raspberries
- 1/4 cup plux 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp ruby port
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup (4 oz) mascarpone cheese
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

- 1 c sugar
- 1 c water
- 2 pints berries
- 1 T lemon juice

- 4 whole dried apricots, chopped
