- 2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Green Onion

- 1/2 10-Ounce Package Frozen Chopped Spinach, Thawed and Well-Drained

Granny's Sugar Cookies

Place in plastic wrap and refrigerate
- Cream together: 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup sugar
- Blend in: 1 medium whole egg (or 2 small yolks) at room temperature
- Sift together and then add to mixture: 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. baking powder and 2 cups sifted flour. Blend into mixture: 1 tsp. vanilla and refrigerate.
