- 1/2 lemon, juice of
- 1/2 orange, juice of

- 7 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Five Cheese Lasagna

To make sauce: melt butter on medium heat in a heavy 1 quart saucepan
- Cream Sauce
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cup milk
- Cheese Filling
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes-oil packed-minced
- 1 tbsp. fresh garlic-minced
- 3 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- Other
- Box of lasagna noodles
- 4 cup mozzarella cheese-shredded
- 1 1/2 cup fontina cheese-shredded
- Marinara sauce (as desired)
- extra Parmesan cheese; freshly grated
Chili Con Carne

Brown in the hot fat, the ground beef and the minced onions
- 3 tbsp hot fat
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 1/4 cup minced onions
- 2 1/2 cups cooked kidney beans
- 1 1/2 cups condensed tomato soup
- 1 1/2 to 2 tbps of chili powder
- 1 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp salt
Fruit Salad with Orange-Vanilla Syrup

Place the sugar, 1 cup water, orange zest, juice and vanilla bean in a small pan and stir to dissolve the sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- Zest and juice of 1 orange
- 1 vanilla bean
- 4 pints strawberries, hulled and halved
- 2 pints blueberries
- 2 cups green grapes, halved
- 2 cups red grapes, halved
- Fresh mint leaves
