Spinach and Artichoke Bomb

Preheat oven to 350° and line a small cooking sheet with parchment paper
- 10 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. finely chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/2 c. finely chopped spinach
- 1 1/4 c. shredded mozzarella
- 1 c. freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

Apple Pie Moonshine

Bring the apple juice, cider, sugar, nutmeg, ground cinnamon and 8 cinnamon sticks to a boil
- 1 64 oz bottle apple juice
- 1 64 oz bottle apple cider
- 3 cups sugar
- 14 cinnamon sticks divided
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 750 ml bottle 190 proof Everclear grain alcohol or the highest proof vodka you can find
Papalina (mushroom & peas pasta)

In a 14-16 inch sauté pan add olive oil and heat at medium heat for 2-3 minutes
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 pound fresh cremini mushrooms (cleaned and sliced)
- 1/4 pound Prosciutto di Parma (julienne fine)
- 4 ounces fresh peas taken out of the pod
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 3 ounces extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small white onion chopped very fine
- 1/2 pound freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
