- Pretzel Dough:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature, cut into small pieces, plus more for greasing
- 3 tablespoons firmly packed dark brown sugar
- One 1/4-ounce package active dry yeast
- 6 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for kneading and dusting
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- Cooking spray
- Everything Bagel Topping:
- 2 tablespoons dried minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons coarse salt
- 1/2 cup baking soda
- 1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted
- Honey mustard, for serving

In a large saucepan, saute the celery, apple and onion in oil and butter until tender
- 3 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 large apple, peeled and chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) chicken broth, divided
- 2 packages (12 ounces each) frozen cooked winter squash, thawed
- Salad croutons and grated Parmesan cheese, optional

- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard

- 6 tbsp. cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 1/8 tsp. Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow creme
