Combine the tea, lemonade and wine in a large pitcher
- 2 cups fresh brewed tea, chilled
- 2 cups chilled lemonade (recommended: Simply Lemonade)
- 1 quart Sauvignon Blanc, chilled
- Simple syrup, (equal parts water and sugar heated until sugar dissolves and cooled)
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 pint strawberries, quartered
- 1 pint blackberries, sliced in 1/2
Potato Dumplings - Halusky

- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cups flour
- Serve with cottage cheese or cabbage.
Hots and Brats

Prep time: 5 minute. Cooking time: 5 minute
- 24 assorted beef hot dogs, cheddar-jalapeno hot dogs, chicken hot dogs, and fully cooked bratwurst.
- 24 hot dog buns, grilled or toasted.
- Toppings: beer-steeped sauerkraut, BBQ chili, crunchy corn relish, caramelized chipotle onions.
Fusilli with Green and Beans

Heat oil in a large skillet
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 bunch escarole, trimmed and coarsely chopped
- 1 pkg. Jimmy Dean's turkey sausage - add with onions
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (I add closer to 3/4 cup)
- 1 can (15 oz.) cannellini beans
- 1/2 pkg. (16 oz.) Fusilli pasta; cooked and drained
- 1/3 cup Romano cheese
Swedish Meatballs

"This is one of my husband's favorites
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup dry cream of wheat cereal
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Pears in Marsala Wine Sauce

For an elegant alternative presentation, cut the pears in half
- 4 large pears, peeled and cored
- 2 cups dry Marsala wine
- 1 cup sugar
- Pistachio nuts, toasted and chopped, for garnish
- Fresh mint, for garnish
- SWEETENED RICOTTA
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1/4 cup pistachio nuts, toasted and chopped
Lawry’s Seasoned Salt

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cornstarch
Shrimp Bisque

Place the shrimp shells and seafood stock in a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined, shells reserved
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups chopped leeks, white and light green parts (3 leeks)
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic (3 cloves)
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup cognac or brandy
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 4 tbsp (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups half-n-half
- 1/3 cup tomato paste
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal

In the slow cooker!!
- 1 can (15 ounces) solid-pack pumpkin
- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups water
- 1-1/2 cups 2% milk
- Optional toppings: toasted chopped pecans, ground cinnamon, and additional brown sugar and milk
Butternut Squash Ravioli with Seared Chicken

Cook butternut squash ravioli according to package directions, adding asparagus the last minute of cooking
- 2 (9-oz.) packages refrigerated butternut squash ravioli
- 2 c. asparagus, cut into thirds
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- Kosher salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 chopped shallot
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh sage
- 1 Chopped Garlic Clove
- Grated pecorino, for serving
