DESSERT LADYFINGER LEMON

Pour milk into a small metal bowl; place mixer beaters in the bowl
- 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
- 1 package (3 ounces) ladyfingers,split
- 1 package (3 ounces) lemon gelatin
- 1 cup boiling orange juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 1 cup reduced-fat whipped topping
Taco Pasta Toss

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, salt it, add the pasta and cook until al dente
- * Salt and pepper
- 1 * 1 pound penne rigate or whole grain penne rigate pasta
- 1 * 1 tablespoon EVOO – Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 * 1 pound ground beef sirloin
- 1 * 1 large onion, chopped, divided
- 1 * 1 large jalapeño halved, seeded and thinly sliced crosswise
- 4 * 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 * 2 tablespoons chili powder, about 2 palmfuls
- 1 * 1 tablespoon ground coriander, about a palmful
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 tablespoons ground cumin, about 1/2 palmful
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1 * 1 12-ounce bottle beer or cups chicken stock
- 2 * 2 cups shredded cheddar, Monterey jack or any Mexican semisoft cheese
- 2 * 2 small plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 * 1/4 head iceberg lettuce or 1/2 small heart romaine lettuce, chopped
TOMATO EGGPLANT ZUCCHINI BAKE

Preheat the oven to 350 F or 175 C
- 3 medium zucchini
- 1 small/medium eggplant
- 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil, divided
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, divided
BBQ - Killer BBQ Sauce

Now mix wings and sauce together in a very large bowl holding back about 1 cup of the sauce
- 2 cups of ketchup
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbs spoons of honey, or dark brown karo, and Soy sauce or
- Teryiaka sauce
- 4-5 fine chopped garlic or through a garlic press
- 1 tb spoon of Worchesteshire sauce
- 1 tsp of yellow mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon of liquid smoke
- Tabasco to taste start with 10 to 12 shakes we are up to 25 and climbing.
- Juice of 1/2 orange I also use a micro planner and plane about 1 tsp of orange zest for an orangier flavor.
- Simmer for 30 min.
Stuffed Hot Dogs: Michigan Dogs with Cheese Sauce

Heat a large griddle over medium-high heat
- 1 * 1 tablespoon EVOO – Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 * 1/2 pound ground beef
- * Salt and pepper
- 1 * 1 tablespoon chili powder, a palmful
- 1/2 * 1/2 tablespoon smoked sweet paprika, half a palmful
- 1/2 * 1/2 tablespoon coriander, half a palmful
- 1 * 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 cups beef stock
- 2 * 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 * 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 * 1 cup yellow cheddar cheese
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup yellow mustard
- 8 * 8 large good quality hot dogs, split down the middle
- 8 * 8 bakery hoagie, sub or dog rolls, split

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 (1 ounce) packet Old El Paso Hot & Spicy Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomato, drained
- 1 (4.5 ounce) can Old El Paso Chopped Green Chiles
- 10 Old El Paso Stand and Stuff Taco Shells
- 1/2 (16 ounce) can Old El Paso Refried Beans
- 2 cups Mexican Blend Cheese, shredded
- Toppings such as Old El Paso sliced Jalapenos, sour cream, salsa, chopped cilantro, shredded lettuce, or any of your favorite taco toppings!

In a large bowl combine all ingredients
- Dressing:
- 2 cans Black-eyed Peas, drained
- 1 can Pinto Beans, drained
- 1 can Black Beans, drained
- 2 cans white corn (Shoepeg), drained
- 2 Jalapeno peppers (seeded) chopped fine
- 1 Red Bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1 Red Onion chopped fine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup veg or olive oil
- 3/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
APPLE PIE BITES

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon apple pie spice, and additional apple pie spice for sprinkling on top of crescent rolls
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1 small Granny Smith apple, cored and sliced into 8 (1/2-inch) slices
- 1 (8-ounce) can Pillsbury Original crescent rolls
