This is a great addition to any Christmas cookie platter
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 cups flaked coconut
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 4 tsp. shortening
Thai Beef Soup

Heat up broth. Add dry spices, bay leaf, Bragg's, garlic and onion and bring to a boil
- 100 grams beef
- Celery
- 2 cups beef or vegetable broth (or substitute 1 cup water for 1 cup broth)
- 3 tablespoons Bragg's liquid aminos
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
- 1 clove of garlic crushed and minced
- Fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon chili powder or red pepper flakes
- 1 bay leaf
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Stevia to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Chesapeake Bay Crab Cakes with Herbed Tartar Sauce

Light and fluffy, with a slight spiciness, these crab cakes were a hit in our test kitchen
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, divided
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper, divided
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped green onions, divided
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar (preferably tarragon-flavored)
- 3/4 teaspoon seafood seasoning, such as Old Bay
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 3/4 cup panko or unseasoned dry bread crumbs, divided*
- 1 (6-oz.) container refrigerated pasteurized or canned lump crabmeat, drained**
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Addictive Spinach Dip

In a large skillet, saute onions in oil until softened
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cans (14.5 oz) stewed mexican tomatoes (drained & chopped)
- 4 oz. diced green chilies, drained
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed & drained
- 2 cups shredded taco blend cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- hot sauce (to taste)
SWEET GINGER SHRIMP

Mix dry spices with vegetable broth and liquid ingredients
- 100 grams shrimp
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth or water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons orange juice (optional)
- 2 tablespoons Bragg's liquid aminos
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh or powdered ginger
- Pinch of chili powder
- Dash of garlic powder
- Dash of onion powder
- Stevia to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Emeril Legasses' Essence Seasoning For Campfire Steaks
- 2-1/2 tbsp. Paprika
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. black pepper
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- 1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp. dreid leaf oregano
- 1 tbsp. thyme
KETCHUP

Dissolve spices in vinegar and lemon juice
- 3 ounces tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
- Pinch of nutmeg and clove
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Stevia or to taste
- Dissolve spices in vinegar and lemon juice. Add tomato paste and mix
- thoroughly. Add additional lemon juice, vinegar or a little water until
- desired consistency is reached.
- Makes 2 or more servings (1 vegetable)
