- 1 tablespoon olive oil;
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped;
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced;
- 1 pound ground beef;
- 1 red bell pepper, deseeded and chopped;
- 2 tablespoon tomato puree;
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes;
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger;
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin;
- 1 teaspoon chipotle paste;
- 2 red chilies, deseeded and chopped;
- 10 1/2 ounces dry macaroni pasta;
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable stock;
- 1 x 14-ounce can chopped tomatoes;
- 1 x 14-ounce can kidney beans, drained and rinsed;
- 2 cups shredded mixed cheese (we used white and orange cheddar);
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped;
- Sour cream to serve.

- 6 strips of bacon, diced
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

- 2 cups milk
- 1 tbsp butter

Zucchini Noodles with Cilantro Lime Chicken

Using a spiralizer or mandolin, make zucchini noodles and set them aside
- 3 medium zucchini (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided

- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced

- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
Cinnamon, Sugar & Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls

- 2 cans pillsbury butter crescent rolls
- 2 (8oz) packages cream cheese (softened)

- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- Cinnamon & sugar (I used about 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tbs cinnamon)

- 1 pound large elbow macaroni
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pound white Cheddar, shredded
- 4 ounces Romano, shredded
- 4 ounces Asiago, shredded
- 2 cups bread crumbs (suggested: panko (Japanese) available at most markets)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
