Paleo Moist Chocolate Zucchini Bread from PaleOMG

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
- 1 medium zucchini, shredded (equal to 1.5 cups shredded zucchini)
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 3/4 cup sunbutter (or nutbutter if you prefer)
- 1/3 cup raw honey
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder {regular or Special Dark, whichever you prefer}
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup {1 stick) of butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup peppermint chips {Andes}
Paleo Banana Bread Coffee Cake from Taylor Made It Paleo

Preheat oven to 350 and grease an 8×8 baking dish with coconut oil
- For the cake:
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- sea salt to taste

- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup banana, mashed (green tip for 21DSD)

- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 Tbs vegetable oil
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 6 Tbs light sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 & 1/2 cup flour
- 1 Tbs cocoa powder
- 1 cup chopped Twix
- 1 cup chopped Reese's
- 1/2 cup cupped pretzels
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chip

- 3/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
- 4 tablespoons melted butter or ghee (coconut oil will work too, I just like the richness of the butter)
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup blanched almond flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
