Paleo Asian Style Lemon Chicken from Brittany Angell

In a small bowl mix all the ingredients for the batter
- batter:
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1.5 pounds of Chicken Thighs, chopped into bite size pieces
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Arrowroot or Tapioca Flour/Starch
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Aminos
- Coating:
- 1/2 Cup Arrowroot or Tapioca Flour/Starch
- 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Sauce:
- 2 Cups Chicken Broth
- 5-6 Tbsp Honey
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
- 3 Tbsp Tapioca Flour
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Paleo Buffalo Nuggets from Paleo Spirit

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Paleo Buffalo Chicken Nuggets
- 1 pound ground chicken (a little fat makes for a moister nugget)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 teaspoons Frank’s RedHot Original Red Hot Sauce
- 1 teaspoon celtic sea salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Paleo Chicken Nugget Coating
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon celtic sea salt
- Buffalo Chicken Nugget Sauce
- 1/3 cup Frank’s RedHot Original Red Hot Sauce
- 3 tablespoons ghee or butter
Paleo Caveman Chili and Rice by Civilized Caveman

Caveman Chili: In a saute pan, saute the onions, peppers, and garlic until they start to become soft
- 2 medium yellow onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green bell peppers, chopped
- 2 pounds ground chuck beef
- 14 ounces tomatoes, canned, drained, chopped
- 4 ounces green chilies, canned, chopped
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup beef or chicken broth
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
Paleo Grain Free Gluten Free Bagels from Brittany Angell

Turn oven on to 375 to warm it up as a "hot box" for the bagels to rise
- Proof the Yeast:
- 1 cup + 1 1/2 Tbs of Luke Warm Water
- 1 Tbsp Sugar (Cane, Palm Sugar or Sucanat)
- 1 Tbsp of Fast Acting Yeast
- The Bagel flour mix:
- 2/3 Packed Cups of Coconut Flour
- 2/3 Packed Cups of Potato Starch
- 2 Tbsp of Potato Flour
- 1 Tbsp Xanthan or Guar Gum
- 2 Tsp. Baking Powder
- 4 Tbsp Shortening (I use spectrum, non hydrogenated)
- 2 Large Eggs
- Egg wash:
- 1 egg + 1 Tbsp of water whisked together
- Optional Toppings of choice : Sea Salt, Sesame Seeds etc.
Really Good Paleo Turkey Chili

Hearty and healthy Paleo chili is easy to make and is perfect for making in a big batch to have quick-to-heat lunch...
- BASICS:
- Olive oil to coat the pan
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 9 regular size carrots, chopped
- 3 to 4 zucchini, chopped
- 3 to 4 yellow squash, chopped
- 3 to 4 peppers, any color, chopped
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- SPICES:
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 3 to 4 teaspoons red pepper flakes, less if you don't want it spicy
- 3 teaspoons cumin
- Dash of cayenne pepper, if you like it spicy
- LIQUID:
- 2 (14-ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 (28-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Cupcakes: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cupcakes:
- 1 cup Guinness
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- Jameson Ganache:
- 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbs. butter, room temperature
- 2 tsp Jameson {or any Irish whiskey}
- Bailey's Buttercream:
- 1 cup butter
- 5 cups confectioners sugar
- 6-8 Tbs. Bailey's, depending on your taste
Paleo Steak Stir Fry from Against All Grain

Marinate the sliced beef in coconut aminos and sesame oil for 10 mins while preparing the rest of the ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs top sirloin beef filet, sliced thinly
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 1/2 c fresh pineapple, sliced
- 1 – 8oz can bamboo shoots, drained
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp whole peppercorn
- 1 tsp pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil

- scant 1/2 c. water
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 1/2 - 1 tsp light corn syrup
- few drops clear extract (optional)
