Super Chunk Jumbles

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup firm-packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 package (6 squares) Baker’s premium White Chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1 1/2 cups raisins
No Bake Cookies

Combine cocoa, sugar, milk, butter and salt
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- Dash of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups oatmeal
Nuts and Bolts

Melt butter in shallow baking pan; stir in seasonings
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups Corn Chex
- 2 cups Rice Chex
- 2 cups Wheat Chex
- 2 cups pretzel sticks
- 3 cups salted mixed nuts
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Three Bean Two Nut Salad

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and serve
- 1 (15 oz) can red beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 (15 oz) can white beans (garbanzo or cannelini), drained and rinsed
- 1/2 lb fresh cooked green beans, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 small or half of a large red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tablespoons (about 8 pieces) sundried tomatoes, hydrated and chopped
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- Juice of 1 lemon (1 - 2 tablespoons)
- 3 tbsp Italian style salad dressing
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
