  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, peeled and finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp cumin seeds

  • 6 cups vegetable stock

  • Sour cream, optional
  • Salsa, optional
